North Side Fresh, is a Unique Pop-up Cart experience. While also serving indoor Events and Collaborations.
A cart resembling a bar with wheels, setting up at events and locations all over Vancouver and B.C.
Serving unique, refreshing, and beneficial drinks with snacks.
Highlighting local music, art, agriculture and fashion.
N.S.F. aims to reflect the wonderful happenings and people of this country.
From chasing sunsets at Jericho Beach to enjoying the False Creek seawall, these two wonderful spots will be our most regular. We'd like to make appearances at many communities and events from Victoria to Pemberton. A monthly schedule will be released, with a few surprises sprinkled in there.
Our primary selection is our freshly squeezed juices and mocktails. With several being Gluten-Free and Vegan. Many of our ingredients are locally sourced. Our small dishes and snacks are suited for the outdoors like popsicles and chips with guacamole.
Being part of this lovely community is an absolute joy. To give back is one of our goals, such as aiding fundraisers, awareness programs, and charity events. We are very excited to integrate local talent like musicians, artists, and clothing designers into our pop-up. Our aim is to showcase what B.C. has to offer to both international tourists and visitors from across Canada.
The North Side Fresh acknowledges that we operate on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
Because of this we look forward with the warmest intent and promise that we will explore and take part of First Nations wonderful culture. With admiration and respect, promoting their art, music and cultural events are just a few of the ways we will achieve this.
